How it all began

2 batch-mates at one of the more premiere institute in India were brewing a thought that was considered just an after thought. “What if we bring design and business together” was the starting point of this. Which eventually turned into a fully fledged differentiation and positioning consulting firm, taking design and business acumen as the primary assets.

How do we approach any given problem?

We ask questions

Before opening any tool, we ask what everyone else stopped asking. Most problems arrive pre-framed by assumptions nobody's tested. We go back to the question behind the question.

We challenge narratives

The story a business tells about itself isn't always the story its users experience. We stress-test the narrative against real behavior, and rebuild the parts that don't hold.

We bring out the hidden

The real insight is rarely in the brief. It's in the workaround someone built, the field nobody mapped, the pattern buried under 'that's just how it's always done.' We dig until we find it.
